Before you apply, here's how it works

• We hire setters and closers.
• Closers must live in the New York City area and meet homeowners in person. A car is preferred.
• Setters can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
• This is a 100% commission role, the way most high-earning sales careers work (life insurance is a good example). There's no hourly wage or salary, so what you earn grows with your effort and skill.
• It's a great fit if you're coachable and excited to learn something new. We'll train you and support you every step of the way.
